MELISSA KUNDE – PARC Executive Director
Melissa's experience includes twenty-two years of accomplishment in private sector entrepreneurialism, public relations, and ROI marketing. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University and has completed coursework in Executive Coaching from The Coaching Training Institute.

MARSHAL BURGESS – PARC Past President
General Sales Manager, Clear Channel - KEX 1190 AM
Marshal is a Portland Native with over eleven years of local media experience. He came to Clear Channel (Then Jacor Communications) in 1997; where he quickly ascended the ranks becoming the GSM of one of Portland's heritage Radio stations.
MICHAEL FASHANA – PARC President
Director of Sales & General Sales, CBS - KVMX 107.5 Movin & 970 KCMD-AM
Born in Seattle, Michael Fashana is a 1985 graduate of the University of Washington School of Communications. Michael began his Radio career at KINK broadcasting later working at KMEL San Francisco 1990-1999, Clear Channel Portland 1999-2000, and GSM KUFO/KVMX/KCMD 2000-2008. Michael also served as PARC President in 2003.
SAM HICKS – PARC Vice President
General Sales Manager, Entercom - 92.3 KGON & Sports Radio 1080 The Fan
Sam possesses fourteen years experience in Portland Radio, five years in television, and two years in print. His muti-media experience emboldens his zeal for Radio and its ability to deliver ROI for customers.
MARK DURKIN – PARC Secretary and Treasure
Celebrating 25 years in Radio, Mark Durkin's experience comes from years as an account executive, general sales manager, and director of sales in San Jose, California and Portland, Oregon. Working several formats: Top 40, Country, Classic Rock, and Christian Radio Mark's daily involvement with clients gives him a unique insight and understanding of the challenges that businesses face. Client service is of paramount importance.
