The Portland Area Radio Council's (PARC) mission is to promote the power of Radio to create fiscal health for both local businesses and the communities that Radio serves.

Melissa's experience includes twenty-two years of accomplishment in private sector entrepreneurialism, public relations, and ROI marketing. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University and has completed coursework in Executive Coaching from The Coaching Training Institute.
